Nice house, absolutely stunning, 💯 ,...I know a Scotsman when I hear one. He was the highlight of the video, i hope he had a good welcome in South Africa
Exquisite home indeed! What is the listing price if one may be interested to buy instead of rental (it also does not appear yet in your listings. Thank you for the great presentation as always
Hey Peter! Unfortunately the owner has no interest of selling but if I could give you an estimate, it would be based on the build, interiors and location of this property.. between R150-R200 million!
Beautiful house-awful interior design. You can tell that the interior wasn't done by a South African. 1. There is no pyjama lounge upstairs. 2. That 2nd kitchen in that other lounge was unnecessary.3. The 2nd lounge dining table isn't befitting the space. 4. That sofa facing the ocean should've been facing towards the artwork but allowing you to view the Beachview 4. That main lounge sofas don't make sense,I don't care that it was designed like Ferrari seats... The placement doesn't make sense. The house isn't dressed up for outside living ,which is the main point of living in SA because we have the best weather through out the year
Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts on the tour! It’s clear you have a keen eye for design and a strong appreciation for South African living standards. Here’s some insight into the design choices featured in this home: 1. While a pyjama lounge is a beloved feature in many South African homes, this property takes a more international approach to its layout, emphasizing open-plan living and expansive entertainment spaces. It’s always interesting to see how design trends vary globally! 2. The inclusion of the second kitchen is intended to enhance convenience, especially for hosting intimate gatherings or entertaining guests in that part of the house. That said, we understand that this feature may not suit everyone’s preferences. 3. You raise an interesting point! The designers likely aimed to create a multi-functional space, but perhaps a different table style could have elevated the overall aesthetic. 4. Your suggestion to balance the ocean view with the artwork is intriguing. It’s a reminder of how subjective design can be-some may prioritize views while others focus on art as a focal point. This is a great discussion point! 5. The Ferrari-inspired design was meant to be a bold statement, but we hear you on the importance of functionality and placement. Comfort and flow are key in any living space. 6. You’re absolutely right-outdoor living is a major part of South African culture! While this property emphasizes indoor luxury, we agree that enhancing the outdoor spaces could further highlight the incredible weather and views that Cape Town offers year-round. We truly appreciate your feedback and love having these conversations with our audience. Your insights help us showcase properties in a way that resonates with everyone who enjoys our tours. Thanks again for watching, and we hope you’ll share more thoughts on our future videos!

Beautiful House, who's the architect?
The architect was Studio KrugerRoos based on concept by Tadao Ando
Brother It's not Barbecue, it's called "Braai" welcome to South Africa 😊
But otherwise this house is top class😭🔥
He has been well informed! 😊👍🏼
Thanks for the feedback! 🔥
