It's ok. Arai Ram4 is jis compliant if you buy in Japan. If you find other Arai has the laser markings and you have official Arai importer in your country, the government regulation has required the importer guide on Arai helmet to put manufacturing date on the double d ring. Your local importer will request this from Arai so it can be sold locally in your country.
you can do it by removing the nose guard carefully (easy to torn) and after that you pull out slowly the chin cover and it will show you two bolt that hold the chin vent. cheers
sir where you located i have 2pcs helmet shoei and arai i want to keep it and use ito. need to rapair neck in pad and chick pad where you located and have cp number
