I like listening to Professor Critchlow. It’s a bit like listening to Ruskin or William Morris. I’d like to have conversed with him.

Very, very interesting video, in particular the architect’s approach and his description of the “sacred geometry” applied to the Center which Krishnaji loved. Thank you very much for this. However, please I’d like to point out a name that I consider unfair to be missed which called my attention. The former KFT trustee and later Director of Brockwood as well as close friend of Krishnaji, the name of Dr. Scott Forbes was missed entirely by Bill Taylor and by the Architect Critchlow [saying: … “somebody (?!) who was related to the Center here, and therefore to Krishnaji approached me”…]. If for some "memory glitch" the Architect missed his name (Scott was the one who approached him, not Krishnaji), didn’t Bill also knew about him in depth? It is my understanding that in June 1984, while in hospital with burst appendix Dr. Forbes was set “fully in charge” of this project by Krishnaji HIMSELF to look for all the previous architects as well as for this last one later on. Dr. Forbes, previously accomplished all the video-recordings of K. (for the 1st. time, for Brookwood, India and Saanen), and later this monumental project with the best manageable speed that was possible. All this effort was done despite the limited finances available, while working with this architect and also, being a trustee of the KFT and Director at Brockwood for 10 years. Scott, was at the same time very much needed to be close to Krishnaji (at his request) in his last trip to India in 1985 as well as to stay with him until his death. The Center, was still in project of construction but unfortunately, Krishnaji’s health suddenly worsened over there. Back in Ojai, Scott Forbes and Mary Zimbalist were with Krishnaji on his deathbed in 1986. Once he returned to UK, he then continued in charge of this project. Krishnaji’s unforeseeable quick death, did not allow him to see its completion. Big part of this amazing story of the Center building is on Scott’s last book: “Krishnamurti Preparing To Leave”, on Note 1 with full description on 15 pages at the end. I wonder how Scott's name was forgotten by those two, after all he has done to the Foundations, education, and foremost, Krishnaji's Teachings dissemination... Thank you.

As a side note: would be very interesting if this video could be subtitled into other languages (i.e. Spanish). Thank you. :-)
