He always shows the runes in the bottom left. It's hail, sudden impact, eyeball, and treasure hunter. With free boots and cosmic secondary. Double adaptive and scaling health
What's the benefit of taking hail instead of dark harvest in this instance? I saw a reddit post on kaynmains where the dude was taking hail with voltaic, dead man's, collector and then other crit items, focusing on hit damage, in that case hail made more sense to me.
@@CChloeC same scenario with Dantes and even Tyler1 actually haha, they all got new mics and their audience complained about the change, so they intentionally make their mics sound worse to keep the old sound
While lethality might output more damage, the risk is too great. If you notice he had a lot and I mean a LOT of close escapes due to that extra HP he built. It's a fundamental rule, when ahead don't aim to get more fed. Aim to simply not die anymore and this will lead you to becoming more fed regardless. So by building offensively defensive items such as Shojin, Black cleaver, Steraks, DD. You provide toughness behind your already fed backside while still adding fighting power to your engages. Lot more reliable due to far less risk of dying so you can keep fueling a level lead/gold lead and just absolutely take over a game potentially to 1v9 levels. Hope this answers the question for yah 😁
@@taerianvanrensburg1703 Oh ok i see thanks for the great answer ! I was kayn main during season 10/11 and i stopped and now im back playing so do u think in low elo (i play in silver/gold ) it would be better to go full lethality in game like that because that's what i used to do in game with full squishy to carry better i prefered to go blue form and carry the whole game.
@@enlacalleyotemato2775 so how I like to assess if I go full lethality blue, bruiser blue, bruiser red or lethality red is all based on 1. Karasmai rule of thumb - go the form that comes first. 2. Do my squishy/tanky opponents have high mobility or cc ? If yes - go bruiser items after Voltaic. If no - Full lethality solo carry. In a case of knowing you are 100% going red due to 3+ tanky champs - Eclipse instead of Voltaic as first item is often better > Shojin > Cleaver > Steraks (These 3 tend to be core red kayn items). In cases of knowing you're 100% going blue, Ghostblade > Opportunity > Grudge (A.K.A the usual lethality). However don't forget our question 2. If yes, no matter the form, build offensively defensive (A.K.A bruiser red items) If no, feel free to full lethality carry your game. Once you grow used to the gameplay and get more experienced, you will find yourself capable of still going full lethality even against some cc/mobility as your skill improves but I prefer to avoid being overconfident in my skill and stick to basics, it got me to Masters PURELY on kayn fundamentals not even macro etc.
He actually got a new one(from the replies of top comment at the time of writing this), but his audience(twitch and yt) hated it so he bit crushes this new mic to make it sound like the old one :3
another day another content farm L one trick. this is NOT tech and the only reason why this works is because hes been playing kayn for years and he knows the champ.
Brother, that's why it's tech. You can use it because you're one tricking. It's lime fighting games where you find a new combo that works really well because you no life that specific character. This isn't even his own build. There was a Korean dude who did it first in like Grandmaster and it performed amazingly.
Another day, another bait...
You should include a screenshot of the runes and the build would be really helpfull.

Kayn does kinda struggle with damage so on hit side probably better
But if u use the w right after an auto atack, that doesnt let you prock the rune??? Lije u lose dome seconds to autos or am i wrong?
Hell still get off all 3 hail autos, as you saw he weaves q and w in between the 3 autos making his combo super fast and a lot of dps
Is it not worth to use Fleet foot work on red Kayn specially if you are using Voltaic?
Works ig
can you for the love of god get a new mic
I was just thinking this before i clicked on the video 😂
He did get a new mic but everyone hated it because the voice sounded different. So he's intentionally bit crushing his mic to sound like the old one.
I swear It makes him sound like Dantes sometimes
@@CChloeC same scenario with Dantes and even Tyler1 actually haha, they all got new mics and their audience complained about the change, so they intentionally make their mics sound worse to keep the old sound
@@panacakee That's the same exact thing that happened to H20 Delirious lol, everyone loves that comforting, nostalgic shitty old mic sound
What's the full build?
15:12 finish where??
Inside
There are definitely better anime then your lie in April but it's also a pick i don't hear often so i respect it
22:56 - 23:03 my average kayn gameplay
why not going full lethality on this game ? Like there is full squishy except for nocturne.
