I don't think HOB works on Kayn as well as dark harvest does as he's mainly about weaving autos between spamming abilities rather than mainly auto attacks. That's why he used to have to always build muramana coz he would run out of mana in team fights from spamming abilities. Voltaic does sound good tho.
