@@disbanded1 absolutely. Almost as happy as I was to get down black bear pass, but I would do it again on a pw50 if I had to just to get those views again.
@@disbanded1 bummer. I went in 2018 and 19 in August. It opened only a couple of hours before we got there the last time. Super sketchy but so worth it. Hope you get another chance!
I prefer to ride standing up, but on roads like these there is zero traction, so you have to sit down to lower your center of gravity enough to get that traction. Enjoy your new ride!
Man I hate those loose rocks that roll around as I go over them! I just subscribed. Hope to see more footage of your rides.
Best footage of the St.Elmo side I've seen yet. On a bike at least.
Thank you!
Nice. That one is tough. Done it twice on a loaded down klr650 and am in no hurry to do it on that bike again. 😆
Yes it is a tough one! The KLR is probably not the ideal bike for Hancock, but I bet it felt good when you finished it.

@@need2ridemore639 I've missed Black Bear twice in the last 2 years when I was in the area because it was closed. I really hope to ride it one day.

Wow! Awesome 🙂 You go sitting on the motorcycle or standing up? My 690 Enduro R was given to me on Friday 👽

I rode it a couple of years ago and ate it. Broke my clutch lever. Will probably never ride it again.
Oh man, that's a bummer. Did you have any handguards on at the time? Hancock was definitely a tough one!
What bike were you riding? A 690?
@@jackd2083 Yep, a 2018 690
