I’m the same way man. I realized after some time that any long term side effects are not worth being huge and jacked now. I’m starting to get a little smaller but I’m maintaining pretty well by eating the same as I did before and still training the same. The last thing I want to happen to me is to have a health problem just because I wanted to look jacked because I’m reality it’s really not that important and as much as people pay attention to it, no one will care when you’re sick and you loose it all.
