PERFECT PANG NOCHE BUENA! Chef RV’s CHRISTMAS MEATLOAF

CHRISTMAS MEATLOAF
1kg ground beef
1kg ground pork
3 pcs. whole eggs
1 cup onions, finely chopped
2 cans mushrooms, coarsely chopped
2 cups fresh milk
3 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup oyster sauce
1 cup tomato catsup
¼ cup mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika powder
350ºF for 1 hour

mas moist if you soaked the bread crumbs to the milk like 10 min before mo iahalo .. tested yun mas moist sya :)

i also like brown gravy.. and adding raisins into the meat mixture.... and for veg. , instead of fresh greens... i love roasted veg ( carrots,brussel sprouts, broccoli, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc).

OMG Chef ang bongga mo talaga! 😍 Ung ham mo last year pag naalala ko nahahappy ako. Sobrang ganda and sarap nung kinalabasan nun. Tinatanong nung mga pamangkin at kapatid ko if gagawin ko ulit this year. Gagawin ko nga sana ulit this yearpero may bago ka na namang recipe... I guess dalawa stars ng pasko this year 😂
