I found this video of yours the second time and wanted to let you know that I bought your multicolored travel light as a Christmas gift for my brother last year. He really likes it and it's a perfect size and really adds a little accent to his entryway table in his apartment! It really makes a nice gift for someone.
That’s a nice tv system. I have a 65 inch tv and a great Denon stereo. I worked for cable tv up here for many years and I am used to watching television 👍👍✌️
You two are great. I enjoy the honesty you project. I'm retiring next month and seeking all the advice I can find. You have helped me with some worries I face. Keep up the excellent work.
I would definitely not want to live near you with that big screen and big subwoofer! 😂 I like all of your ideas although I don't travel at all anymore. The little lamp that you bought looks really really nice so I may have to use my Amazon Prime and order one❤ last thought is that I got an Amazon Prime Visa card that gives 5% back for all Amazon purchases and one to 2% for everything else. I have already gotten back about $20 in the last couple of months because I try to put everything I can on that card and pay it off every month. Also my first prime purchase with that I got a $125 coupon off of what I was buying, so I've been totally thrilled with my new Prime Visa!
y'all make sure and go to the Florabama. Its an indoor/outdoor bar on the Alabama/Florida border. Lots of live music, right on the beach. And order a Bushwacker to drink! YUM
I have two tv's but no cable or internet. I have two cell phones and pay total 61.00 month. Instead I'm going to get a cleaning gal. I watch all on the phones.
We moved within driving distance of Las Vegas, and go to a casino in the suburbs. They are more country people, like us, the prices are not Vegas prices, free meals, and unlike Vegas they have good payouts. (One of) our new fun spots.

I had a projector. Loved it. You may interest to know that I was rally able to project on any wall. No screen necessary. Once I even used the garage door for the neighbors on the Fourth of July.
Awesome, we are thinking of taking it to our trailer for outdoor movies, we bought a roll up screen that we can hang from tree branches…fun times in retirement lol.

We don’t have a link for the luggage , the company is “IT” you can get them at Amazon or Walmart , we got ours at a local luggage store in Canada 🇨🇦 they have a few lightweight ones not the exact one we have Dell . Have a great weekend Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
Great recommendations. I retire December 1, 2022 so on my way. I have had Amazon Prime for years and didn't realize all the other benefits. Thanks for the advice.
I love how tech savvy you guys are. I don't think most retirees understand how important it is to stay up on the latest technology, which can make life so much simpler and more enjoyable. Have you ever mailed stuff to yourself in advance of going overseas? Do you recommend just picking up items I’m thinking toiletries in countries you travel to vs packing them in Loved the video btw
No we haven’t mailed things in advance, we often take mini travel size toiletries then buy large ones when we arrive if we go for say a month Glad you enjoyed it Paul Cheers 🍷🌺🙂
Very interesting discussion again. I have a Prime. It is great. I also love my air fryer. Would a VPN give me access to BBC iplayer in Europe I wonder?
Thank you for all the awesome tips! You mentioned a light luggage and we're always looking for low weight. What recommendations do you have? Thank you!!!
What a great topic for discussion! We had a think back on all of things we’ve purchased to add value to our 16 years of retirement. Now, that was quite a list for us!! Some things have come and gone but always added value or comfort to our lives. My favorite thing is my 2 person sauna I have in our garage. Hubby’s favorite thing is the stacked stone wall and cabinetry we added to our great room. The cabinetry has a lift for our 65” tv so it is hidden away when not in use.

I bought a Toshiba projector and a 80” screen from Amazon several years ago. Only brought them out of the box last year ;). I watch netFlix and movies that way, much better for my eyesight.
For Brits like you guys you might want to consider Britbox for streaming. We didn’t like the need for charging the Apple Watch. We do realize the Co2 and blood pressure are iffy but used regularly if you get a drastic change, that’s a great indication of a problem, health or your watch is breaking 😂😂
Awesome video Tina and Norm :) We are LOOKING forward to our retirement (well my husband at the end of the year). Excellent ideas!!!!!!!!!! Your fan Mary from Toronto, ON CANADA
You guys sound just like my husband as far as loving retirement but with more money. How do you guys live on your retirement income on a budget when over half is for rent. Also, you must have a large nest egg to fall back on to be able to take the trips you do and have a trailer . How do you manage all that.
Thank you for always having such great advice. We love your videos and look forward to them each week. Could you share the information about the carry-on luggage that you have? Have a wonderful holiday in Alabama!

Im going to get a home defender shot gun its short easy to carry. I also have a pistol that fires pepper balls 50 calibre its air defense weapon so legal to carry. I dont have a trailer in Canada yet but your park looks nice but far away. all the best be safe and buy a shot gun
For retirement, I bought my RV for travel (hello California), a mobile to live in when not in my RV, two new cars (both EVs and paid cash). I've run into problems with my eyes so don't know how much longer I will be able to drive. Cheers, Steve
Do you guys have any Physical precious metals in your own possession as part of your financial Portfolio? You you do then excellent. If not it would be a very good idea if you did to protect your wealth and even thrive during this global financial down turn!
I live in Virginia, outside Washington DC..we love the stunning fall colors too. Always good to really enjoy them before winter. I love these suggestions. I am about five years before retirement and am taking notes from you both. :)
Another great video Tina and Norm. Thanks for the very useful suggestions. We have been Amazon Prime members for a while now but didn't know there was a VPN option. We use a Norton antivirus program that includes secure VPN at no extra cost. Also always take a small nightlight with us whenever staying in a hotel for those overnight bathroom trips.😏 I do like the little lamp so may have to check that out. Thanks again.😊😊
Yes Martin we have taken nightlights and those little battery powered tea lights on cruise ships for bathroom illumination at night..sucks getting old 😂😂

Great content. I bought the smartwatch you recommended.
Great to hear! we hope you enjoy it Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
Me too. I bought the Popglory P22 Smart Watch you recommended. So many functions snd easy to set up and use.
@@mbeaumont8499 That’s great we hope you enjoy it , we love ours have a wonderful week Cheers 🇨🇦☕🇺🇸
I’ve found the watches CO2 reading to not be very accurate as I also have a monitor to compare it to. I have the Apple watch
Sounds great! we hope hubby has a great retirement 🥳 not long now thanks for watching Mary we appreciate your support Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸

@@ThisIsOurRetirement Thank you so much!!!
You guys sound just like my husband as far as loving retirement but with more money. How do you guys live on your retirement income on a budget when over half is for rent. Also, you must have a large nest egg to fall back on to be able to take the trips you do and have a trailer . How do you manage all that.
Where is the link for the light travel bags please?
In the description
Great stuff! Thx Tina & Norm! 🙂✌️
PS-Norm, you forgot to mention the great Rock T-shirts you purchased that give you instant swag and cool vibe! 😜👍
Next time! Steve forgot the t-shirts LOL 😂😂have a wonderful weekend Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
We are really enjoying your videos! #Retireewannabes #Bamagal
Hi Norm/ Tina, I don't see the link for Prime membership. I thought I heard Norm say $79 for the year?
Thanks Tony
We don’t have a link for Prime Tony we might have a Grandfatherd plan but it is still a fabulous deal as all deliveries are free Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
Tina, Norm where or which video did you, cover this lite travel luggage & what to pack. To avoid check luggage.

Thank you for always having such great advice. We love your videos and look forward to them each week. Could you share the information about the carry-on luggage that you have? Have a wonderful holiday in Alabama!

What do you pull your trailer with?
We don’t it’s on a permanent site and we use it as a cottage
Im going to get a home defender shot gun its short easy to carry. I also have a pistol that fires pepper balls 50 calibre its air defense weapon so legal to carry. I dont have a trailer in Canada yet but your park looks nice but far away. all the best be safe and buy a shot gun
We wish you safe travels Grant Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
Some hotels have removed the USB and HDMI ports so we can't use Chromecast or Firestick. I was very disappointed.

For retirement, I bought my RV for travel (hello California), a mobile to live in when not in my RV, two new cars (both EVs and paid cash). I've run into problems with my eyes so don't know how much longer I will be able to drive. Cheers, Steve
Doesn’t it feel good Stephen 💰 paying cash for RVs and Cars 🚗 sorry to hear about your eyes hope you find a solution Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
We just discovered Midsomer Murders and love our air fryer too! We use it all the time. Really love your channel. Wishing you safe and happy travels!

Do you guys have any Physical precious metals in your own possession as part of your financial Portfolio?
You you do then excellent. If not it would be a very good idea if you did to protect your wealth and even thrive during this global financial down turn!
Thanks for sharing Hafise have a great week Cheers 🍷🌺🍺
Make sure to cross all the Ds and keep everything neat. 😀+1
🧐
I live in Virginia, outside Washington DC..we love the stunning fall colors too. Always good to really enjoy them before winter. I love these suggestions. I am about five years before retirement and am taking notes from you both. :)
We are glad you are enjoying our videos Wendy we appreciate your support 5 years will be here in no time LOL 😂 Cheers 🇨🇦☕️🇺🇸
