Hi from Australia. To use the avocado cutter, put the avocado half on the bench. Squeeze the sides of the cutter so it is not as wide. Start at the small end of the avocado, and scrape down. As someone who has just started living alone, and is struggling with finding motivation to cook for myself (my main problem is getting portions right for 1 person. I end up cooking for 6 people 😭) your channel is so inspiring and motivational! I feel like I'm not alone ♥️
At first I couldn't even do one, I ended up doing so little that I barely had lunch, but you get the hang of it. I look to Nami for inspiration in the way she spends her time, it's really beautiful. I'm trying to be similar.

очень пастельные тона все тк мило и уютно и ...так мелко- эти узкие пространства, где мимнимум удобств, видимо это везде в Японии норма. Мне нравится что еда не только разнообразна но красиво оформлена! и что мебель из дерева😏
