A flexible GWAS modelling workflow with ASReml-R

In this webinar with Dr Salvador Gezan, we presented the library ASRgwas that assists Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS) using the full flexibility provided by ASReml-R. This library has a complete data-to-decision workflow and fits a range of GWAS models to identify significant markers. We demonstrated examples using several fixed and random structures, replicated data, and the evaluation of phenotypic responses that follow a Binomial distribution to highlight the additional modelling capabilities of ASRgwas.
