- Khabib Workout usually starts with a morning run which varies up to 45 minutes which is important part of khabib workout. In the evening khabib do sessions which involves wrestling, striking and calisthenics. Intensity in khabib training have always played an important factor in his victories especially khabib wrestling have always placed him ahead of his opposition. Khabib routine mainly consisted of sambo wrestling drills and bjj. Khabib Nurmagomedov record have always stayed phenomenal due to his dedication in his training. 5 Min - Shadow Boxing with/without weights
3-5 rounds - Heavy Bag punches
3 days/week - Weight Lifting:
1 min - Farmers walk
12 reps - Deadlift
12 reps - Bench Press
20 reps - Kettlebell
Weighted Squat
Grappling workout:
5 min ground and pound and grapple with teammates
Conditioning workouts:
20 rep 4 round - Pushup(swimming/judo)
20 reps - Pull ups
15 reps 4 rounds - tricep dips
20 reps shoulder throw w resist bands
25 reps - Burpees
2 min - Planks
2 min - Rowing
15 reps - Med ball situps
5 min - assault bike

He did 205 lbs but now he's trying to weigh under 200 lbs 😂.
Now he wants to weigh like 190 to 195 lbs maybe
I am not judging but he has to be doing a million other things to be able to do what he did because this looked like pretty easy basic training
