Hi, I know someone who does use shredded chicken for their pastelle a, I made my pastelle using more liquid in my dough too,it really does works best,nice video

so i used bobs red mill corn flour and its a disaster - 3 cups of flour and 4 cups of water is soup - i had to add the whole bag which is 1lb and it finally came together, so i did a test pastelle, and the taste is off.. so i am going to try Goya fine corn meal, if anyone has any tips let me know. thanks!
