I only make large batch. I freeze it flat in a ziplock bag and use it for months. Thanks for this. It’s good to have a quick go to. Your green seasoning is my favorite. I’ve been making it for years. I love how you give reasons why you use an herb or not. I like adding a splash of vinegar even though it breaks down the herbs a bit. I soak garlic in vinegar and use that. Thank you sir.
