She know Zack when he was just a kid. Plus, the other theory is Zack is her nephew by Dexter's family. 3. All this time she wants two things: to take back her first organization, Vile, and to be reunited with her daughter.
Ok here’s my theory which I’m coming up with on the spot: Carmen’s mother is the original Carmen Sandiego, founder of VILE. She starts “Carmen Brand Outerwear” (the brand on Carmen’s coat) as a cover for her real company (VILE). Eventually, she ends her life of crime to raise Carmen, and her coat is stolen by Cookie Booker (the person who Carmen steals it from in the Netflix series). Everything afterwards is unknown, but at some point the Carmen Brand Outerwear building is abandoned, leaving the new Carmen and friends to purchase it as a HQ. This leaves new Carmen to find her in season 3.
The Chief deserves that. Theory: Chief will not listen Julia in next episodes and she will be more concentrate to catch Carmen. This time Carmen must be more cautious than ever because she have two biggest enemies. But she will have a biggest weapon who she doesn't know yet, and that is Zack. Plus, for season 3 (ACME): 1. Chief will not listen to Julia and trust more in Chase 2. Chase will believe Julia will work for Carmen 3. Ivy will enjoy in Acme, at the beginning as a spy for Carmen, but Chief will convince her with the biggest secret of her family: the death of family's members, including Mike and a big siblings she never knew. 4. Zack convince Julia to joined the team and became a double agent 5. Chase will make more mistakes and one of them will make Julia asks herself if her place is in Acme 6. Chase will shoot Zack and Ivy will realizes her mistake and will comes back on Carmen's team, but no one will trust her and Zack will be very cold with Ivy and he will refuse to talk to her. 7. Zack have his own business with Acme, especially with the Chief, but he will be Carmen's inside voice because he will want Carmen don't make the same mistake as he did it. What do you think?

When Zack will be kick out from Carmen's team, he will found out all this and he realizes Carmen without knowing she is against her mother fot three reason (Vera's first company was Vile, the second was the headquarter Carmen bought in sixth episodes of season two and the third is Acme)
So, now that ACME is on you, i would recommed getting new, fast and powerfull getaway car. Cars used by ACME looks like modified Aston Martin One-77, so their top speed will be around 350 kph. To run from them, you need something even faster. Best choices will probably be Pagani Zonda with top speed of 350 kph, or Pagani Huayra, that can do 380 kph. both of them are also very comfortable and cpacious. Did i also mentioned that both cars are made of carbon fibre?
What if will an episode with an alternative universe where Carmen was called by Zack, instead of Player. In that universe Player will be a regular kid and Ivy will not exist. Also, Zack will travel around the world alone and hacker every system. When Carmen will sneak out of Vile's Isle for the first time, she will met Zack in person for the first time. He will have a black skin and he will wearing a similar outfit as his old version but he will act like we know, but he will be very good and he will be intelligent. When Cleaners will try to take her back on island, Zack will intervene and save her. Zack will give Black Sheep a name: Carmen Sandiego. She will like it, Carmen will know him as Anubis, the Blue Wolf. Vile will convince Carmen to return on Vile's island, but this time Zack will stay with her. Carmen ask him why and he just said: "if you stay too much in the dark, you will see just black. And plus you need something colorful in your life." When Vile's Faculty will ask him, where he from and where is his family, he doesn't answer. Plus when they meet him, he will try to save Carmen on Vile's island. He infiltrate until their room but because he sneezes, they catch him. They will be surprised and how he arrived on the island, he said that they a weak security system on island. What do you think?
God I Can't wait for Season 4, I hope Carmen finds her mom, and finds out more about Her past too, maybe Carmen might have a sibling that's out-there somewhere too, maybe an older Sister or Brother?.
