I used a plastic ruler for a bench scraper until I got one, and an old plastic lazy susan until I got a decent turntable for $21 on eBay. You can cut the corner out of a plastic bag to decorate. Cut vertical angles into the tip of a bag if you don't have a tip. Where there's a will, there's a way! Good luck.

I once heard that someone used the inside of their microwave ( ie glass plate and the wheel component). I found this idea out after I purchased 3 different turntables🤦‍♀️ Each one either didn’t turn smoothly ( actually all 3 don’t spin smooth) or were not stable. I should have just bought the Ateco cast iron bottom turntable I wanted in the first place. I don’t have a business yet, but I am on my way there! Sugar flowers are my favorite to make and arrange for my cakes
