The opposite of organic is called commercial, meaning that food grown by using pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and any type of fertilizer that is available to the company which owns the land. The farmers usually do not have a choice and are told what chemicals to use. Organically grown, can be used by farmers that cannot afford the certification but want people to know that they don't use chemicals but cannot say organic. A good movie that addresses natural, organic, pasture raised and compassionate farming is called "Food Inc." It has been shown on PBS stations and is usually available at the library.
For a better result, try moving your controls at least 30ft away for every ft of pyramid height. I think they are too close. Also try elevating the samples so the center of inertia of the fruit (usually where the seeds are) rests just below the inertial plane of the pyramid (up 2/3 the height from ground).
