I Have that same model as you at work and I thought it was the door switch as well, the problem wasn't the door switch, it's just that Panasonic didn't give the switch assembly enough support to the frame, so when the door closed the whole switch assembly would flex with it on the inside, not allowing it to fully depress, what I did to fix it is open the door, then drill a hole through the front part through the frame where your switch assembly would be on the inside, and through switch assembly and ran a 8-32 flat pan head bolt through securing the frame to the switch assembly with a nut on the inside ( this is how most microwaves are anyhow and how I got the idea) and problem solved, switch assembly doesn't flex anymore. Panasonic's like yours and mine are prone to this problem though. It just flexes on the inside 😂😂
If everything works including turntable it's down to the HV circuit or the board. Pull the wires from monitor switch, plug your leads from dmm into plug for monitor switch (middle switch) if 120 volts board is good. Then it's either capacitor, diode, transformer or magnetron.. listen before disassembly as you should hear fan then transformer then magnetron. If issue is HV circuit it's usually the magnetron
dear my oven is not heating i checked all thing but no result, it is running door swt chk motor relay microwave relay magnetron no shor capacitor ok diode checked transformer ok plz tell me wht the issue could be Thanks
Plastic bracket has bottom 3 micro switches, bottom 2 has another mechanish when door close both microswitches dhould be pressed butvthey r not completely press thats the issue
@@jasongonzalez7959 that door switch i changed did not fixed the issue...😭 seems to my opinion its motherboard relay or some other motherbisrd ic faulty.basically my opinion its not door switches ...its faulty motherboard....i put aside that microwave and had another one in my storage... using that one.
My SAMSUNG microwave stopped working. It is turning on, plate is turning and light will come on but the *time won't move*, and food won't heat. Any idea what this could be? Thanks!
My microwave starts just fine with lights on and heating and after like 20 seconds the light turns off and it stops heating but it continues the run? any ideas ?
Thank you
You’re welcome 😊

@@fringeminority5676 yes, the turn table also works, and the light is on and The control panel fully works.
@@fringeminority5676 I replaced magnetron. Nothing changed. Still No heat. Everything works, lights, panel, rotation, fan but no heat. Any ideas?
Check diode and capacitor with dmm. The transformer could also be bad. When you run it, do you the transformer hum and magnetron buzz?
What make is it? If it's a Whirlpool they have an issue with the holder for switches, also they now want the 3 switches replaced with 4 switches

Nice job,
There should be a fuse hiding in there that blew and needs to be replaced 👍

I bet it’s the fuse or one of the door switches 👍
