Today Tracey makes a lovely floral card using the 5x5” folded Kraft cards, which come with matching envelopes.
The design features the new Flower Divine Set, Twilight Lily, and Shadow Bloom stamps. These are stamped in both Versafine Clair Twilight and in Versamark watermark “ink”, to which Wow! Embossing Powder is added.
The finishing touches come courtesy of Posca Pen, Wink of Stella, and Holographic Glitter.

I love the card... but I am still confused about why you stamp off the smaller flowers and then completely cover them up with a darker color in the corners. I thought I understood depth and drawing the eye in, but perhaps I really don't. Can you help me?

Hi Roxanne, thank you for your comment. By adding a darker edge we redirect the focus to the lighter centre of the card often this is the main stamped image. In this case it puts the lighter embossed flowers as the central focus. I hope this helps. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚‍♀️
