  • 💥💥 Try out these chicken seekh Kebabs and enjoy with your family💥💥
    Feel free to adjust spices and chilly accordingly to your preference.
    Ingredients
    - 4-5 Green Chillies
    - 7-8 Garlic Pods
    - 1 Inch Ginger
    - 1 Medium-sized Onion
    - 300 grams Boneless Chicken
    - 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
    - 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder
    - 1 teaspoon Cumin (Zeera) Powder
    - 2 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
    - 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
    - 1 tablespoon Oil or Butter
    Instructions:
    1. Using a mortar and pestle, crush garlic pods, ginger, and break up green chillies. Make a paste of the onion and drain the onion water using a sieve.
    2. Grind boneless chicken into a fine mince. Add crushed onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies to the chicken. Mince.
    3. Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes. Grind everything well with a food processor. Add oil or butter and grind again until it comes together.
    4. Wet your hands and take a handful of the chicken paste. Spread it over the skewer, shaping into kebabs.
    5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the kebabs on high heat, turning them until they have a nice light golden color.
    Yogurt Mayo Sauce:
    - 2 tablespoons Yogurt
    - 1 tablespoon Mayo
    - Salt to taste
    - 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Cumin (Zeera)
    - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
    - 1 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
    - Chopped Coriander Leaves
    - Dried Parsley
    6. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Serve the dip with seekh kebabs as a starter. Enjoy!
