Well done on your weight loss, Martin. That lamb looked delicious. My 15 in 1 was delivered a couple of days ago. So far, I've made lasagne and cheesecake and I'll be steam roasting a chicken later this week. I tried to convince myself that I should get a smaller model as I live on my own, but the 15 in 1 was £50 off and I got another £25 off with my Blue Light card. Bargain! I'm glad I got the one with all the bells and whistles, plus I like to batch cook so that I've always got homemade ready meals in the freezer.

Loved the shopping trip. I cook my spam and bacon grill in the toast rack thing. I've got some greaseproof paper liners for my cosori, they are non stick and work a treat, no mess left.

My friend's Bull Terriers demolish all dog toys - the only thing that seems to last is thick marine rope which she knots at both ends, and the dogs love playing with it!

I went from 68 HBa1c to 44 in 3 months on 50mg slow release metformin and a healthy balanced diet, cutting down on carbs, eating better fats and using less of them, cutting out sugar. Not eating after 8pm, drinking plenty of bottled water. 2years on and my diabetes is still in remission, there's nothing I don't allow myself to eat, I have smaller portions now, and I've also found keeping a food diary helps me be more food conscious. It's all about moderation, I still cut out as much bad stuff and opt for healthier choices, but I still have a treat. My diabetic nurse told me that fasting for a diabetic is not something recommended as you can can hypers if your levels go too low. She definitely does not recommend any of her diabetic patients to do it. Please Martin take care doing this, it's very dangerous. There's better ways and safer ways too lose weight, but well done on the weight loss mate, that's brilliant. ❤❤❤

@@butlersempire interesting watch, im not on metformin anymore, it's was playing my IBS up. I don't eat after 8pm and I don't have breakfast so I normally have brunch about midday/1pm. My B/S levels never go above 7.5 unless I have a very carbs meal ie pasta, but I don't have it that often, and I have wholemeal and wholewheat now, I find white bread etc bloats me out and plays my IBS up terribly, I have butter, semi skimmed milk and whole fat cheese, and olive oil, just use less of it. I think every diabetic is different and what spikes one person won't necessarily spike another, it's all about finding out what works for you.
But I'm so happy you have lost weight, I'm on my weight loss journey, battled it for years, PCOS and other health problems now too, but I'm getting there slowly, had a referral now down to Luton & Dunstable. We have to do what we have to do right. For our health and wellbeing ♥️

I have done beef short ribs in the air fryer a couple of times. Really delicious for Roast beef. 15 mins max crisp, then an hour on the lowest roast temp wrapped in foil. Important to cut the silverside fat and sinew off the top first though so it’s not tough. Try it! You’ll love it!

You can select to cook by time if you want to, just don’t use the preset probe set it to manual or don’t use the probe, so versatile 😊

Thanks for your vids they do make me smile. Do you know next door to the factory shop they are building a lidl and just up the skegg road we are getting a aldi. That meat from Hag looks good I don,t eat meat but I cook it for the better half might have to pop in we have just got a new butchers in Horncastle not tried it to be honest. My Dad was a butcher and my Mum's side of the family did Fish I turned out a veggy lol. Take care thank's again.

I really love your videos. Wish we had factory stores where I live, I live in France, for would certainly get another, bigger air fryer for my daughter. Must order some accessories for my air fryer. I hear that you're fasting so would be interested to know if you mean you don't eat anything and just drink water. My daughter paid over 800€ to spend a week fasting, ok, she got a room in a castle, transformed into a hotel, and her room was small but very nice. Now, the people taking part in the fasting ate absolutely nothing, just drank water or herbal teas. The first 3 days, all was well, she told me she felt fine but the following day, on her 4th day, she felt very weak, could hardly drag herself out of bed. She had to go down 4 steps to get to the bathroom and couldn't make it, almost collapsed and another participant was just coming out the bathroom they shared, saw my daughter and called one of the organisers. The lady helped Nathalie down into the kitchen and promptly gave her cups of clear, vegetable broth and a bowl of fruit salad. For the rest of the fasting week, there were 2 days left, my daughter got her broth and fruit salad. She had lost weight, only normal, you're not eating anything, but told me she would never do it again. If you ever have a minute to spare, could you let me know what your fasting consists of. The 15 in 1 won’t work if you loose the plug where the thermometer plugs into, always put the plug into the thermometer pad when using the thermometer to ensure you do not loose it ❤

Pleased someone else like me with meat. I think when you see these cooks with meat that still looks raw, it revolts me. No way could I eat it. . Hope it tastes as nice as it looked. Very well done Martin on your weight loss. However please be sure you don’t go without food for to long. I couldn’t do it being a type 1 diabetic., but worth giving yourself a clear out before starting your diet. Sharon always cooks you nice food, and makes sure you only have what’s good for you. Remember it’s nice to have a treat as well. Sadly I can’t do full no carb as it’s a bit extreme for a type 1. I would be having loads of hypos. But I have reduced carbs down considerably, it’s the hidden carbs that you need to look out for, not just the ones you know your having. Well both keep the fantastic work up, proud of you both.x

You made me make up my mind to buy an airfryer ,at the time you only had the Cosori , i plumped for the Philips xl as i am on my own and didn’t need 2 drawers . I have to say i am amazed with the versatility of airfryers and i actually prefer my bacon and eggs done in it !! Chips are better ( whether frozen of fresh made ) I bought the cake pan with handle and mostly i use that for cooking everything,i also bought 2 stainless racks,which are great for pizza etc,so i think you will find the lovely gift you recieved will be a staple go to 😎

The steam program tendering the meat, the roasting program crisps up the skin of the meat.. you forgot to add flavour.. ram that lamb with crushed garlic cloves & sprigs of fresh rosemary.. it brings the flavour of lamb to the next level hun.
Tip for merlin heavy chewers, olive wood , antlers recommended by my independent vets totally safe and cleans their teeth . Also chicken feet are great as a treat does same job x

I did part pressure cook and part air fry. It came out lovely. I have yet to perfect roast potatoes. They aren’t quite as good as in our range but will try a different potato next time (Maris Piper I think) because I know that can make a big difference. Thanks for another great video. Hi Sharon and Martin. Love the videos. We have a "sur la table" dual air fryer. We love it and it has severely cut down the use of the oven. We also use the slow cooker for casseroles etc. The shout outs are great as it gives something back to your subscribers. All the best. I have that cake dish I make cakes all the time in my cosori. I got 4lbs of lambs liver in my butchers as we love liver and bacon also make liver cake in the airfryer for Mr Bean our pug he loves liver treats.I did a whole chicken yesterday in my instant pot 29 mins pressure turned out really good I normally do it in the airfryer but it was to big to fit in

Hi Martin well dove with the excellent weight loss, I’m on low carbs too, but I love bolognaise sauce and pasta and found a low carb high protein fusilli pasta from Morrisons called “Nourish” I make my own bolognaise sauce and it ticks all the boxes 😅for me. Hi Martin and sharon , ive been using my camping stove and keep my kettle on top of my log burner so it only takes a few minutes to boil which is fab . Wont know my savings until feb 1st . Can i please ask how yoù dispose of your canisters as they say you cant just bin them. I phoned go outdoors camping shop and they dont recycle them . Love my ninja airfryer as im.a meat eater and hubby is a veggie so were both so looking forward to staceys new channel . Love you all xxxxx
