Another button somehow got ripped off completely as the back of the case was removed from the phone :\ Also super annoying getting the damn back of the case back on, or even off in the first place, but that is probably mostly due to some damage done to it and/or someone recklessly opening it previously (I hope it wasn't a professional place because it got quite messed up.
