They know exactly what they are doing opposite of what Prevost supposed to have done. We will go back to get other things done when need be for sure. We wish we were there as well. I worked part-time for a charter coach business, for 16 years, Scott and staff do work to the same standards the charter company did, and I never thought I'd see anyone ever come close to their care, quality, and attention, however, the BGM operation is first-rate!
I have watched Scott and Company work on buses for over a year. We got some repairs done at Marathon and thought well lets go to Prevost they are only two miles away. Worst Service we ever got.
