TL;DR: We explore everywhere, Africa is split in two, colonies in Iceland and the islands of the mid-Atlantic ridge, new continent next to Australia, North America and Asia are connected again, we explore North America and find out who Him really is
Full Idea: Basically everyone starts explore unknown lands around the world, countries like Spanish Commune, Italo-Sicily, Greece, and North Africa begin to colonize Africa, Italo-Sicily finds a huge river cutting off most of upper Africa, Spanish Commune finds an ally in the Gold Coast, which used to be counties along the slave coast of west Africa until they joined together to form a bigger more powerful nation, Greece and Italo-Sicily learn about the nations in Africa and becomes friends with them, but they all find a huge, impossible to cross sea, splitting Africa into two halves, and they can’t get across for now, Dano-Scotland invents technology to survive in freezing Iceland and colonizes the whole island, finding it more rounded with two pointy tips at the east and west side of the island from the Mid-Atlantic ridge, and England begins to colonize the Mid-Atlantic ridge, without Iberia knowing, and find that instead of it begin a long strip of land, it's more just a collection of islands around the size of Ireland, Russia kills Finland and takes over the rest of of the Scandinavian Peninsula, Russia, Turkestan, and South Russia begin exploring into Asia, finding northern Russia mostly underwater, and Siberia, a county who split away from old Russia to form their own nation because oh how different they are from the rest of Russia, and despite their best effort and technology, they can't get past him or take him over, and Him starts to lose hope in Russia, and wishes he stuck with Belarus, Japan discovers China, a new China formed from the people of Taiwan who escaped and hid in Asia when Japan took them over, they become friends again and China begins exploring Asia, while Japan explores Oceania and the pacific ocean, China and Japan find that most of the land underwater between the islands of the Malay archipelago is now above water, they also find the Oceania Empire, who used to be Indonesia, who has most of all that new land, and Australia, and Australia is mostly the same, but now is connected to all those islands in the Malay archipelago,, but they find that the islands New Zealand were just the tops of mountains of Zealandia, which is now all above water, and New Zealand is now called Zealandia, and has most of the new Continent, but in the North, China discovers Alaska, who has land in north eastern Russia, the Bering Strait, which is now above water, and old Alaska, meanwhile Japan discovers the kingdom of the Hawaiian Island archipelago, after the nukes went off, lots of underwater volcanoes went off in the pacific ocean for years, making a new island group of hundreds of thousands of tiny new volcano islands, spreading across almost all of the pacific ocean, which Hawaii collected over the years, China and Japan asked why there are not apart of the USA, and we finally discover that Him has been USA this whole time, and he has taken over all of North America, we find that the Canadian archipelago is all connected to the mainland and is a part of the USA, Greenland is connected to the mainland a part of the USA, and Florida is gone, the Caribbean sea is now a lot bigger, with Mexico and central america being a tiny strip of land which at some points is barely above water but still connects north america to south america, Baja California peninsula is a lot longer, stretching all along the coast of Mexico and central america, before connecting back to the mainland at the end, making a huge lake in USA, and all of this is controlled by the USA, south america is now a rectangle shape piece of land, a lot like the shape of the UK, but must bigger, and is controlled the United States of South America, which used to be the counties in south america, until they joined together to fight off the evil USA, the islands in the Caribbean sea are now all connected, with lots of tiny volcano island around them like the ones in Pacific ocean, and are all controlled by the Caribbean Union, which used to be Cuba

The title will maybe: AFOE apocalypse ep 20 The Final with him and his minions countryballs in the thumbnail
1. Him reveals itself and it is United America
2. United america conquers many of england but londen is heavely defended and they cant break trough and they take over iceland
3. Germany joins the war on the defenders side but united america strikes him down
4. Finland will be invaded fully and sweden joins the war but he has been lying all the time and haves a mega army
5. Netherlands bern and bohemia starts searching for germany and found the old germany
6. Asia starts to attack and turkestan will be split between russia and asia
7. Turkey and russia takes out caucasus and turkey starts attack on iraq
8. Sweden and norway conquer the north part of russia
9. Spain will join the war on united america’s side but then the real spain starts a rebellion
10. Italy-sicily will search in africa for help and find some african nations and join their side
11. Ukraine nad poland and the nordic countrys take out russia and start pushing out asia out of europe
12. Asia knows now who the real enemy is and joins europe’s side
13. United america starts to get pushed back to france
14. Africa will search the south of africa and find the south african empire thats joins their side
15. Turkey is invaded from all sides like germany in ep 15 and is complety take out
16. Europe africa and asia starts to explore the whole asia and oceania
17. With all countries they go with many ships to america
18. United america is taken put and the radiation is gone
19. The first trees are planted again and america is divided moscow will be in control of russia and chances is flag back and the socialist turkey
Will be back and gives land to iraq who reforms into iraq-iran socialist replublic
20. The apocalypse is over and the world will last in peace forever
