10 മിനുട്ടിൽ നാവിൽ വെച്ചാൽ അലിഞ്ഞു പോവും അത്ര കഴിച്ചാലും മതിവരില്ല RAVA MILK SWEET SNACK RECIPE

Rava - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Jaggery - 125g
Grated coconut - ½ of one OR 2 ½ handful
Water - ½ cup
Cardamom powder - to taste
Butter /Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 pinches
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Oil - to fry
Hi everyone, today I am here with an easy Rava snack recipe.
To prepare a snack, add 125 g of jaggery in a pan along with a quarter cup of water and bring it to boil until the jaggery starts to melt with the water and turn liquidy.
While the jaggery is being melted, add a cup of milk and half a cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil in a pan.
Once the jaggery has melted, add some cardamom powder to taste, a tablespoon of butter or ghee and two and half handfuls of grated coconut to the jaggery and mix everything well and cook for a couple of minutes until all the water evaporates and you are left with a thick and dry mixture.
Once the mixture has turned dry, let it cool down until it reaches a temperature where you can touch it with your hands to roll it into little balls.
Coming back to the milk, once the milk starts to bubble up from the sides, add a cup of Rava into the milk in batches and keep mixing continuously so that it doesn’t form any lumps.
After mixing everything in, add 2 pinches of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter into the mixture and keep cooking until the mixture starts to turn thick and starts to leave the pan.
By this time, the Rava will be completely cooked too..
And now, wait for it to cool down to a temperature where you can touch it with your hand so that you can knead it.
Once the Relagh mixture cools down, need it really well with your hands and then separate small balls from the door and spread it in your palms into small flat and even circles.
Once the circles are ready, place a small bowl of the jaggery and coconut mixture in the centre and close it well and meet with the Rava mixture as you can see in the video..
If you need the rubber really well, you will get the snack without any cracks on the surface.
Once these are ready, fry this in oil until golden on all the sides and serve..!!
