Vicki is a G! I didn’t know about her health struggles at all. Very inspirational to see what she is able to achieve. I’m a brain cancer survivor with chronic fatigue. I’ve just started racing DH MTB and I can’t practice all morning like the other guys, I’ve got to manage my fatigue. I’ve lost 10kg and go to the gym. But there’s only so much my body can handle at the races. The invisible ailments really are a shit c#nt.
I been a fan of Vicki for years and we actually share a birthday as I was born on July 28th as well. Always had a crush on her when I was a young 13 year old watching her crush it on tv running with the boys and making the main in Vegas.
My son has hooked her up with race fuel when she’s in the North East from Loud Fuel Company!!! The Tasha family are some of the nicest people and big supporters of the independent racer in New England
Awesome pod from a SD local. Grew up in Ramona just 20 minutes north from el cajon and santee. I remember seeing twitchs dad rip around Barona MX when i would go moto on my 125. Never had the chance to meet Vikki or Twitch but I was doing some backyard FMX on my kx80 every day after school. Had a big sender on the home track my buddies and me would throw all the cool kid tricks off until they statted flipping.
And no woman other than her has even made an Arenacross or Supercross main... She's probably the best female indoor racer of all time, a top 10 outdoor female racer... And probably a top 3 female in freestyle and movie stunt riding. She's the best female Hands down ever. Motocross HOF first ballot...
Salute 🫡 to Vicki.. I broke both femur and also been to a surgery at doctors office because of infection on the bone, they have to open the wound again using only a normal anesthesia that doesn’t work for the bones, I can feel the doctor is scrubbing something off my bone, It was a pain that I never ever felt before. From that, I learned how to manage pain. But listening to her story, she got the worst one.
