    Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
    Thanks for watching
    Have a great Day. Josh

I agree. I remember when I didn’t have much and only made 8 bucks an hour. The trailer was always washed and cleaned and the yard spotless. You don’t have to be a slob. Self pride people.

I agree also, we grew up poor but as kids we didn’t know it….my parents taught us to respect the houses we rented, the places we lived. Daddy was in the navy…not much money there but we learned to respect hard work and taking care of things. Miss my daddy every day

I will say your repo program opened my eyes to how a segmate of our population chooses to live. It was down right scarey at times and I am glad you will no longer have to deal with all that. I will say you really taught me a few things in the way you dealt with people. You always got your intention across in a non threatening way which i commend you for doing. If you encounter sheds that don't have that lip or a 2x4 in which you hook onto with your mule, you should have a pre-made length of 2x4 with a bunch of screws pre-screwed in half-way you can bring with you. You can then just place the board where you want it and then run the screws the rest of the way in. Your mule will then have something to grip onto to push or pull the Shed.

What would be cool is if you planted a Trail Cam showing the empty space to capture the Reaction of the Debtor when they pull up and get outta their vehicle to see it gone !!
" Ohhh gee , I guess I shoulda paid my House Payment, living in my F150 aint gonna be fun.

That has to be scary. Especially when people get irrational because you came to get the shed when you gave them every opportunity to make it right.

I worked for an outfit that cleaned out repo's and foreclosures. It got to be too much. The amount of junk that people hoard is beyond description. Then they walk away and leave it for someone else to clean out and haul to the dump. The experience has tought me to live with the bear minimum. My space could be packed up and empty in a few hours.
Life is easier and better with less.

@joseroque1082 lmao ok. Youre a genius 👏 you just solved the housing crisis.
Maybe if landroaches werent scalping the homes then yea.
I remember a few homes that cost 200k 2 years ago are now worth 600k. Who raised the prices? The market? Fuck off, that was the landlords. The housing costs have gone up because landlords chose that. Hopefully something is done soon by our government before someone lile Mao rises up again. I really hope the latter happens, that way people learn that there are consequences to their evil actions.

Beautiful cabin for the rural area. So many sheds are hooked up to electricity. I have never seen so many cement blocks as were holding up this shed to level it, making a wall, and enclosed back of it. Love your team work together. WD 40 is one of the best products, makes many tasks easier, cleans tools as well. Great Pick Up.
