Got here 6 months ago visiting military family. I love Pacific Grove so much I don't know if I will move back to the Big Island. Really nice photography!
What hotel did you stay at?

When people show California, they don’t show all the beautiful cities in CA. For every bad city here, they’re 3 great cities. Thank you guys for showing some of our beautiful cities. But so many people come here unprepared, and then end up homeless, thus unfairly expanding the homeless population in CA. So people should have faith to make it where they are, because they have what it takes. I’ve known people who move back and forth, every time they go through tough times. Thanks for the great upload, and I love Monterey also, and I’m sure y’all would be happy living here!😀

I love this ! Can’t wait to move to California when I’m in my early 20’s :)

@@georgiadriven Make sure you move to places where there’s no large homeless population, because lots of people move here, knowing they don’t have enough funds to live on! Therefore, they end up homeless and living off the system. Poor Mayor Karen Bass of Los Angeles, she’s gotten 30,000 homeless people off the streets, but it barely has scratched the surface. But people expect her to work wonders! I just want you to choose the right parts of California, because many homeless take advantage of California’s kindness! But I hope all works well for you, once you arrive!!!

Hope you to the Monterey Aquarium. It is absolutely fantastic! I would have to say it is definitely in the top 5 aquariums. Much better than the Seattle aquarium.

The air is a bit chilly or me in winter but I love the brisk Ocean and freediving. No giant bugs like Hawaii and the water does not get to warm. That's for sure!

This is so sad for me. I lived here for years when I was stationed at nearby Ft. Ord and I thought I had been all over Monterey, but I never knew about many of the things I see in travel videos. A missed opportunity for sure. The idea that people would have to be rich to live there and I was there for years on the government dime. Dang.

Love the video. You do not need 20 million to live in monterey. 2 to 4 million is a good price for more homes. If you want a crazy home with lots of land and water views from every window maybe 6 million. 20 million is laughable. The largest highest income producing Hotel in Monterey sold a few years ago for 15 million. So just to put real prices down here in perspective. You can live in Marina just 15 minutes drive away for $750,000 only 5 minutes from a beach. Check out The Dunes development if you are serious about living down here. They have not built yet but its going to be highly desirable.

There are no jobs for us in Monterey so we'd have to retire and live 60 more years potentially. That's why we say that much

Monterey is CENTRAL CALIFORNIA not northern.
