  • The optibelt TT frequency tension tester is used to check the tension of drive belts by measuring their frequency of vibration. Due to its compact design, it offers universal application possibilities for drives in engineering, in the automotive industry and for many other technical applications.
Even in difficult-to-access areas, the optibelt TT can be used effortlessly, so that V-belts, V-ribbed belts and timing belts can be easily and quickly checked for their tension values. The appliance is ready for data transfer straight away after switching on.
The measuring head must be held over the belt to be measured (two red LED light points help in positioning).
Subsequently, the tensioned belt is vibrated (plucking / striking with the finger is sufficient).
The optibelt TT starts the data collection and displays the result in Hertz [Hz]. The texture, colour and type of the belt have no influence on the measurability.
    • 2-Way Measurements taken: Electro-magnetic wave & ACC acceleration for increased accuracy.
    • Measured frequency ranges: ACC 1 - 10 Hz, FMV: 6 - 600 Hz.
    • Easy to align 2 LED dot method. Hold the tool over the belt at a distance that aligns the dots and measure!
    • Flexible goose-neck (EMV) or with 10” cable (ACC) aid tension
measurements in difficult to reach areas.
    • Accurate tension readings on Timing, Ribbed and V-Belts
    • Easy to read large colour LCD display.
    • On-board rechargeable lithium battery for long life and easy USB
    charging.
    Range of frequent:
    AC: 1 - 16 Hz
    EM: 6 - 600 Hz
