Not a question, more a suggestion. Next destination --> Namibia. My motherland and one of the most beautiful places in the work and very popular with bikers. Clearly on a different bike! Enjoy the rest of your journey and look forward to the next instalment.
A couple other thoughts about how touring on a motorcycle takes a toll - in a car you may have a coffee or water next to you. On a motorcycle your helmet, wind, leaning etc makes that pretty impossible. So it's easy to become dehydrated, even when it's not 35 degrees - road conditions make a much bigger difference on a motorcycle. Those things you don't even notice in a car, like where a farmer has left a trail of mud across a bend or there a massive pothole in your line... You have to be more focused on these things, which is draining I just did about 500 miles across France and Switzerland in 2 days and decided to take a day off, as my brain was fried and my whole body aches
@@Greeneggsnoham101 absolutely brilliant points. I’ve had to schedule regular stops and always keep a big bottle of water just to keep hydrated - I’m drinking so much! You really do notice the condition of the roads so much more on a bike, you’re always on alert. Ride safe and good idea to take that time off - I’m doing the same today in Malmo!
We Brits just have to remember to go the wrong way round the roundabouts in Europe. Of course it's about to become a bit more tricky for us to actually get into Europe after the lunacy that was Brexit, which I am not bitter about...
If you like riding in France you’ll find most other countries in Central Europe very similar I think. Avoid the big cities and you won’t see much traffic at all. Belgium is alright, the further east you go the busier the cities tend to be in my experience - but the smaller towns and cities are still pretty good. And very liberal with motorbike parking rules so it’s all incredibly accessible!
Great video some excellent questions! That AJ guy sounds awesome! very interesting! :)
He does doesn’t he!

Actually I have a question - I love riding in France for it's lack of traffic, what are Germany, Neds, Belgium, etc. like for traffic?
