Take a note book and write your positive thoughts of at least 10 lines every day and read it. Also write your affirmation what you want to be in life. 3. Make a small goal of doing anything and work on it everyday. 4. Pray to God every day that you are going out of depression. 5. Sit for at least 10 minutes everyday- close your eyes and see and feel and listen that you are a changed person. See your confident image in your mind. God bless.
