Appreciate you, sir! Picked up a Brown Buffalo x UAG conceal based in large part due to your thoughtful and in-depth review. Great content and thanks 🙏
Perfect timing on releasing this video! Past few days I have been trying to decide whether to buy or not, so I've already watched your other Brown Buffalo videos (just yesterday!). I do have a question about this pack... If you put a water bottle (or something of similar size) in the large "dump pockets" on the inside, does it totally eat into the space of the pack for putting other items near the bottom (if that makes any sense)? I've never had a pack with internal water bottle holders, so I am trying to decide if that is something I could adjust to or not... Thanks so much for the video!
So this is difficult to really answer. The pocket is internal so it robs the internal volume with whatever you put intro the pockets...however the bag is deep enough where it's not one or the other. What I mean is that even with a bottle in the pocket there is still plenty of room for my field pockets or other tech pouch stuff.
@@JBOutside1 That actually answers my question really well! Of all the videos I've watched of this pack, I hadn't seen anybody put a larger insulated bottle in one of those pockets to demonstrate the depth that remains (what can fit "behind" the bottle). So I'm happy to hear that you can still typically have some gear in the same area and don't have to choose one or the other. Really appreciate it!
Have been watching your videos for a good part of the day haha. Trying to decide between The Brown Buffalo 21 or an Alpha One Niner Evade 1.5. Coming out to be a tougher choice than I was expecting! Part of me feels I would miss external water bottle pockets, the other part of me just wants TBB because it seems so freaking nice! 99% of my use case would be carrying some EDC and my work computer "business papers" etc. From your videos, they both seem like really solid options
@@TheBser97 These are both really solid choices. Really tough and you need to think about the daily use and how you'll use them. The Evade is a great bag to work out of with great organization. The Conceal takes some imagination on how you'll configure...but is the best looking IMHO...and slight edge in build quality.
@@JBOutside1 Yeah, I'm in all the bag groups (mostly Carryology & GWA). I'll have to keep an eye out and snag one up as soon as it's available. Caught this video late but it's another banger.

Good choice!
@@JBOutside1 the build quality is insane! I’m not easy to impress but good lord this bag is nice!

@@TheBser97 What size bottle are you considering? I can try it out and snap a photo.
I just got the limited edition Urban Armor version. They only made 100 of them. Awesome bag! 🤘🏻👍🏻
Oh wow! NICE!
I've got the very same one coming in from TBB. No dice on the accessories though :( I was trying to source that laptop sleeve.
Yeah they get them in stock randomly so I’d sign up for alerts. You can also try some of the Facebook groups. That’s where I got some of mine.

If I may, what brand is the backpack on the low row second from the left… looks like there’s a carabiner hanging in front of it?
That's the Mystery Ranch x Carryology Spartanology/Cerberus
what did you use to attach the field pockets to the back? i've only seen them with molle straps
These two are special editions they made a few years ago. They have velcro hook on the back. They were designed for the shooter editions.
Lucky find after the forced landing, I’m glad to see that it’ll live to fly again.
The original was broken beyond home repair...but they've already sent a replacement.
@@JBOutside1 Even better!
