You talked about using your DSP as a layer that is mostly hidden. Well, I don’t like to use a big piece of card stock in the same way either. When I do a card such as you have done, I like to use a die and cut out the center or even die cut elements like butterflies or something out of the middle and not waste the paper. Sometimes if the cut out is quite large, you can fill it in a little with some white scrap. This keeps the layer above more level and supports the DSP. Congratulations on your new home. It’s always exciting especially at your age to get a new place to live. My husband and I moved into a condo 12 years ago and at the age now of 76, I am quite happy where I am and don’t relish the thought of ever moving again. Enjoy your new home and as always, I love all your cards and projects!!! ❤❤❤

Pretty card. Great tips about using the Blender pen. I didn't know SU had something like that. Adding that to my wish list!
