Pac thought the song was already long enough, so, tragically, he decided to take off Inspectah Deck and Lady of Rage. Deck's verse leaked, and it's vintage Rebel INS. That verse would've helped to solidify Deck's legacy if it had been released. To this day, Deck still holds a grudge and says, "Pac was hatin'."
