    Omg I think you read our minds I was looking for this and here you came up with this brilliant video. And also I have herinated disc and have scitica on off. Just last week I was terribly in pain because of scitica I watched your video again and start to follow all exercise and guess what it was miracle I am so much relax from 3 days only thanks to you.

    Doc, i will use these excercises for sure. I am 57 years old and 10kg overweight. I am also very unfit and my lower back ont righthand side is very "stiff" or sore. Thank you for this video. It is the start to get back to my "fit" days again and i can feel these excercises will help a lot. Be blessed.

    Maintaining the lordosis is very important.Activating transversus abdominis helps.Extend arms above your head before activity.Its what gymnasts do prior to exercise .😊😊Kristie

    Another thought exercises that strengthen glutes and hamstrings help to integrate the whole system like bird dog it's very good used daily for 20yrs😊😊
