Doc, i will use these excercises for sure. I am 57 years old and 10kg overweight. I am also very unfit and my lower back ont righthand side is very "stiff" or sore. Thank you for this video. It is the start to get back to my "fit" days again and i can feel these excercises will help a lot. Be blessed.
