You are one cute gal! I’m a 70 yer old gray haired white granny who had colon cancer 3 yrs. ago and my hair has finally grown out to a cute short shag. I’ve wanted to learn how to tie a scarf around my hair when I’m not feel or looking good that day and thank goodness I ran across your fun looking scarf tutorials! LOVE❣️LOVE❣️LOVE❣️ Them all and I’m looking forward to looking as cute as you‼️😘
This is one of my new favorite hair videos! I have always loved scarves but I didn't know there were so many different ways to tie them! How exciting! I can't wait to go out and get a pack of scarves for summer :)
I just found u last night and i think i have watched at least 20 videos. This is the second time i have lost almost all my hair due to lupus ... I'm starting to get excited about my silly twa... I have the shrinkiest hair EVER but at least now i have a bunch of new things to do with it. Thank you. i'm enjoying both of ur pages.
Your hair is so pretty. Mine is about your length, and it is natural, I always wanted to wear scarves, but did not know how to. I am impressed with the clear directions on how to wear the scarves, most people yap, yap, yap so much through the video, you get bored really quick and click somewhere else. Thank you so much, greetings from the sunny south!!
AAAAGGGHHH!!!! OMG you're pregnant?!?!?! Congratulations!!! Wow, so many of my favorite youtubers are pregnant right now! So happy for you! You'll be a great mom!
I really liked your videos before, watched them all day long when I first found you on here. Now they're becoming absolutely lovable and I look forward to them. You are so creative, and your hair has come a LONG way, just check out the vids from 8 months ago, it's amazing how fast, thick and long it's grown!!!
This video has kept me sane! My hair hasn't been looking too hot lately, so I've had to keep myself from having the Medusa effect on people by wearing my pashmina scarves for several weeks. Of course they're rectangular and not square, so I have to modify it. But I still love it!
Here's a heart felt compliment : you have a beautiful smile, looks like u're really having fun and the smiles are not forced at all :-) couldn't help but smile back :-) Love silk scarves too and can't wait to try these out on my hair tomorrow morning Thanks for sharing, take care
Omg!!! I remember when you're channel was young and I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to go natural and now I am and you're hair is so long. Wow good times . Excuse me as I reminisce in the comment sections
I just wanted to stop in and say, "I so rock a scarf today and my shea butter was delivered today!" I appreciated all your tips and styles. Keep your videos coming!
your videos are SOOOO helpful. You have tutorials and videos for days! lol just wanted to say thank you for all the help you've given me and others and congratulations on the baby!!!
You said on one of your tutorials that you spritz your hair with water and aloe vera juice. Do you keep your spritz in the fridge since aloe vera is supposed to be refrigerated?
50 year old UK woman in lockdown growing out my grey hair. I love that you have shown me how to cover my roots with a pretty scarf. Thank you soooo much for the rescue. Excellent work. Going to find one to match my dress now. Your pretty smile will give me the confidence to rock it. Thank you again x
My baby girl is only 14 months old, so her hair is not yet ready for me to style it or even make a puff, but since I found your channel I can not wait....it's gonna be so much FUN!
I saw your earlier vids of when you had your twa a few weeks ago and didn't realize you were the same woman when I checked out you more recent vids. You have amazing hair and watching you go from fro to BSL and beyond keeps me going. Thanks so much for your vids!!
Girl you just saved me from a panic attack. The humidity made my hair puff and I couldn't figure out what to do to it. My hair was just above my butt 2 months ago. I had to cut my hair to about a half inch long after it was breaking from bleaching it. I was so disappointed because I didn't feel girly anymore. Now that I have watched this video on head scarves, I can't wait to try them. I'm going to try the gypsy which will make me feel so much better now about my hair length. Love this video!!!!
Congrats on the baby! I'm a stay at home wife and mom. My son is 2 1/2 and he is the absolute love of my life. I read a quote yesterday: Making the choice to have a child is momentous. My mother was born in the 1920s. She wore scarves all the time...a lot of times in these same ways. She reminded me of Betty Grable. Thanks for this video. It made me smile@
That's awesome, Anne! Don't give up. It's always hard in the beginning. Learn to love you and your hair. I had to do the same and once that happened, everything changed! Good luck and let's connect!
I have literally been trying for months to buy a plain black head scarf to wrap my hair for work and I literally can't find ONE! Why are these things so damn hard to find?!?!?!
Your hair is gorgeous! I hope my daughter's hair is like yours. She's natural and she's 7. I'm relaxed but I do a lot of natural and protective styles on my hair. Thanks for this.
I finally learned how to wrap my hair with a scarf! My mother was very fair skinned with a completely opposite hair texture than mine and my whole life I've struggled with how to maintain and manage my hair. I'm proud that at 28 years old thanks to u I finally learned an essential and classy options for my hair I always wanted to master! Thank you and God bless....Black Girl Magic Is You, Madame 💙
This was a great tutorial! The way you showed the folds for each style quickly but comprehensively while doing giving short instructions for the style as voiceover while applying it was very effective! Now I just have to purchase some scarves...
😎joann fabrics is another good source too. I get about a yard and 1/3 over that yard. it comes out to about the same price online or cheaper. you get to search for your fav fabric & feel before you buy. hope it helps😉
+Makailah Hackett I find most of mine at goodwill for like 2-4 bucks, but you can also find them on ebay, just make sure you type in the specific fabric you want, and vintage, the newer ones are not the best quality.
Danni Otto Actually, I was wondering if it would be too small. :0 I'm glad that you think they're large!!! The bigger the better, I think, since the possibilities are endless! You could even make a flower with a big enough scarf. Thank you for the help! 🌸
I love your video instructions...they are clear, helpful and fun! You enjoy wearing your hair in natural styles and your enthusiasm sparks a desire to continue wearing my own hair natural as well. Here on the east coast, it gets cold so I'm wearing a wig now and then. Can't wait to try the scarves. Thanks for sharing!
i love the way you did this video. the music choice and instructions on how you folded the scarf were creative and totally made me feel like it was the middle of summer. (theres definitely a little snow outside. lol :)
This was one of the first videos I had watched when trying to find scarf styles. Still come back to this video every now and then because these styles are still so nice 🥰
I finally found some at a local beauty supply store. Only the one of four that I'd checked out had the large silk scarves. My advice is to check more beauty supply stores, and at least one should have some. Good luck!
Thanks so much for this video. I've kinda always neglected square scarves because they don't seem to drape as well, but after watching your video I couldn't wait to incorporate them as hair accessories .
