In this video i am using
+ PVC Pipe, LED Lens
+ DC 3.7V 20W LED Chip
+ 2 Pcs 26650 4000mah battery
+ 3,7v Module Protection Board With Charge
+ 4,2volt 2000ma Adapter
+ Aluminum heat sink and 5v Heatsink Fan
+ DC Jack, Switch on/off...

Would it possible for you To do the same for scuba diving?
I built the same thing almost. The only difference is I used a TP4056 with protection. I wired the negative ends together like you did and the positive directly to battery holes on the TP4056 then to the on/off switch then to the light and fan and you could always add a fuse and make a hole on the side to change it without ripping it apart. The reason I didn't use the charger here is I have several of them and most of them are way over. You only want 4.2v constant voltage and constant current and all of mine tested 4.7v and similar which killed my batteries. The batteries here have to put out a constant drain of 5.5 amp while the flashlight is on. This is counting the fan.

Hey i never seen that type of drill bit over here or at the hard wares is that a special chineese drill bit? Cause if it takes that kind of drill bit how much in u.s dollars for one & what web page to find that bit etc

You can do this without a fan blower, just put an adequate heat sink to save some battery

What is with the fan? it blow's in a closed housing?
For add the fan you must drill a lot of holes in the case of the flashlight.
Use a pipe cutter and pull the whole system out. Never glue the end cap on where the switch is then make repairs and glue it back together.
