OK I’ve purchased my Excel poles and watched numerous times with your awesome technique’s. I have watched your video on hands not gripping the pole handle’s and keeping space between palm and fingers, showing us clearly with the arrow’s which is excellent and clear to understand. Now I am uncertain about what causes the push/power of the poles? Do I use the straps to push the poles into the ground as I advance forward arm swing for power. Thanks, very informative video seasoned with humor.
