James 😂 I’ve used Clifton for almost two decades now. I’ve found them insightful both personally and professionally. Awesome to hear someone else’s experience. Did you ever retest to see if new experiences or growth changes the order of your top five?
I had taken it about five years earlier than the one I mentioned here and had somewhat different results, so part of why I brought this up was that I was thinking about taking it again since it's been almost a decade. I know that I personally tend to get different results on tests over time, even ones that aren't supposed to change much-I've been at least 4 different Myers-Briggs types-so I tend to be in the habit of checking in with myself regularly.
@@RealJamesArcher I highly recommend retaking. Have you looked into the DISC report? I've also taken my fair share of Myers-Briggs. The DISC and Strengths-Finder have been go-tos for years.
Hey James 👋
You had a boss who said “you’ve got something”? I would be going straight to HR with that.
He's a good friend who knew me well and it was funny in context so he can get away with it 😄
Speaking of empathy, your plant requests the grow light be rotated 180° 😉
Hahah that plant's going to take over this whole room if I let it 😅

Why do you have cuts that don't let you finish the last word?
Mostly because it takes a long time to edit so sometimes I miss a few when I'm rushing 😅
