I lost my hope of Supreme Court that it would strike the amendment. It has been sleeping on the Kashmir issue. Kashmir has been locked for 138 days now. SC did nothing to reinstate communication. It has become complicit.

A great speech by Senior Leader Mr. Chidambaram. However, all the questions that he asked are pertaining to matters of Executive policy, and not legislative policy. Therefore, inaction to include certain religious communities may not be justiciable in a Court of law, provided it is executive's job.
Therefore, the CAB would only be partially struck down, if it held to be arbitrary.
He is out on bail still he is mp ,this is our flexible and ridiculus constitution
Every question he has raised has been duly answered by the present government. English is just a medium to communicate and does not give a certificate of being educated. We should be proud if anyone questions or answers in any indian laguages with solidarity and good intentions and action in the parliament.
We need more people like him and owaisi in the Parliament.

With due respect to P Chidambaram, how is this unconstitutional? This is about providing citizenship to 30k people who were persecuted on the basis of their religion in neighbouring countries. Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru itself told during partition that these minorities are free to come to India anytime! Leave that, your own party member Manmohan Singh had bought this up in the parliament! It's ridiculous that you're willing to put this small margin of 30k people into misery just for the sake of opposing BJP!
And for everyone calling him educated and BJP leaders as uneducated, with all due respect, please remember that all the major scams were done by these so called 'educated' people. And they have hindered progress of India for decades :)
Just because he threw a jargon of words here doesn't mean he is educated.
