In this third part, we go into the heart of the Belén District. A remarkable settlement resting above water on the outskirts of Iquitos. Belen is a community that relies on canoes instead of cars leading it to have the moniker "The Venice of South America."

All of my walking tours are shot continuously without narration so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the environment as if you were there in person. After a few blocks into the start my tour in Iquitos (Part 1) a person by the name of George hopped into the frame and started pointing out some facts. A bit shady, I'm not going to lie, but he eventually warmed up to me. Full disclaimer, he never mentioned a price or a tip a first, but I did pay him 120 Soles ($30) for his time at the end of the day.
