District court ko village panchayat ke election me candidate and officer ke beech koi dispute arise hone par resolution karne ka jurisdiction hai? Tell me sir
Sir, if A lend a loan of Rs. 15 lakhs to B, Both A and B are from Different Districts of same State. In which District the suit shall be filed? And which court holds the jurisdiction. Please guide. Thank you 🙏
sir if no jurisdiction then the decree passed is of nullity so how can it go to the appellate and rivisional court . and then defendant raise the objection in the appellate court regarding jurisdiction
Sir at the starting of the video you have said that the decree passed by the court which have no jurisdiction is invalid and void , but in section 21A it is saying that the decree will be valid even if the court have no jurisdiction and objection should be raised at earlist So sir my question is is it no contradicting statement
Pecuniary or terriotorial jurisdiction can't effect the judgment if objection not raised at the earliest but subject matter can be challenged at any time
sir suppose chandigarh HC ne kisi central law k section ko ultra vires kar diya, kya ye judgement us section k regarding other states( other than PB n HR) mein bhi apply hoga ya sirf PB and HR mein hi apply hoga? please reply sir.
Sir apne bola ,Defendant ko earlier period me file krna hoga ,objection regarding place of suing but on the other hand u said a decree with jurisdiction is null(Coram non judice) Kindly make me understand this! Agr without jurisdiction null hi hona hai decree toh objection file karne ki kya zarurt!
That objection is regarding pecuniary or place of suit but in case of subject matter it can be challenged at any stage which we called coram non judice

Sir what about the writs that filed under Article 32 of the constitution, dont they form as an original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court?
They are not covered under the definition of suit
Art 32 is used when there is a violation of Fundamental right.
Thank you so much sirrr

Sir,
Section 21(3)[Objection to jurisdiction of execution] be read with Section 39[Transfer of Decree]
Is it, Sir ?
U may read, but sec 21(3) talks in general

13( A )mai saksham adikarita hona chahiye... To Kya 21(A) Mai Vahi baat nahi aa jayenngi.. Ki adikarita nahi thi Wanha DECREE conclusive nahi honga..
13(A) deals with the foreign court incompetency, where as second 21A deals with the place of suit. Both r totally different
Sir if the subject matter is from another territorial jurisdiction can we file a suit for transfer under section 24?
English court language sir kindly sufficient with hindi sir thanks
Sir, if A lend a loan of Rs. 15 lakhs to B, Both A and B are from Different Districts of same State. In which District the suit shall be filed? And which court holds the jurisdiction. Please guide. Thank you 🙏
sir if no jurisdiction then the decree passed is of nullity so how can it go to the appellate and rivisional court .
and then defendant raise the objection in the appellate court regarding jurisdiction
Only in regard to subject matter it's nullity but not otherwise if not objected
Art 131 supreme court have original jurisdiction
Yes the sc has original jurisdiction under art 131

It's the discretionary power of the courts situated in other state but in Punjab it's mandatory to accept the judgment.
we. have 3 high court in madhya pradesh . so can we file gwalior highcourt case in jabalpur highcourt. as highcourt govern whole state
Sir ji bina jurisdiction wale court ki dercrr yo void ho jayegi to wo execution me 21-a me kya setaside hoga....
Court if without having the jurisdiction over subject matter adjudicate the matter, then the decree could be challenged at any stage
Section 21-a me doubt
Simply says the if objection regarding place of suing is not challenged as per sec 21 then the decree can't be challenged by filling a SEPERATE suit
Thank u sir ji🙏
Sir apne bola ,Defendant ko earlier period me file krna hoga ,objection regarding place of suing but on the other hand u said a decree with jurisdiction is null(Coram non judice)
