The second is it was direct reverb from the mixer board (I’m not sure how those reverb works on vocal but i remember there’s a hardcore band called ZIP was asking for reverb for the mic on their live set and sound similar like this video)
Delay or two and a Reverb. Take your pick of any types and their order in a chain. You don't need a whole multi fx processor (but they can simulate any fx chain), and while most mixers can do it at the venue if you ask/have time, the consistency of bib's sound across live/recordings suggests it's his own vocal set up.
