Another cheaper way to do this is by registering the company at Uk's company house website and use virtual address service which is about $60 per year.

Furthermore, Almost GBP 160 is yearly expense to maintain the company. You couldn't open bank account on the base of that company because it's very difficult. You can if you can fly to UK physically. You can't use paypal, stripe etc.....without bank account in UK or USA. Yes you can apply for Merchant account for credit card processing if your business is Legit and have a good history.

Good to share but you should give full info. Paypal and other payment gateways always ask you for UK bank's account that you cannot provide them without living in UK.
