But you didn’t explain how a non resident person can form a company without having a residency. How will the company be managed without a real employee or a director physically exists in the UK?

Wise bank accounts opened through UK companies owned by overseas persons are being suspended these days. I don’t know why. Maybe a coincidence but what I observed is that all of these people have in common that they do not live in the UK

@@xChikyx there isn’t a process explicitly for registering for your company taxes, provided you have your tax reference numbers either you or your Accountant should be able to file your tax returns when due.
