The people in the chat were like: „no Ludwig is wrong, Jaiden did have a higher chance the second time“ are completely missing the point. The issue was that the players thought that *because* Jaiden had the money the last time she had less of chance to get it this time. But like Ludwig says, probabilities are not affected when the rounds are fully independent from each other.
The first round she had a 1/5 prob of getting it and in the second round she had a 1/4 prob. so yeah she did have a higher chance of getting it the second time, compared to herself in the first round.

But way more importantly: this increase was not caused by Jaiden having the Million Dollars in round one. If someone else had the money and wasn‘t voted out than we would end up in the same scenario: four people with a chance 25% each.

@jane4670 soo a former mr beast worker came out with a bunch of evidence and a video that he was faking his videos, even rigging it/outright faking it/manipulating the video to be more High-Stakes or dramatic.
Now the damning thing isn't the Argument of "oh but it just entertains everyone, being more dramatic etc isn't that big of a deal!"
The messed up part is Mr Beast scamming children/people by gaining that trust or reputation of "doing giveaways/giving so much money" and etc.
He Banks on it, admits to it multiple times on tape, and a massive portion of his participants/contestants are friends OR family or even staff in the first place, and a big portion also goes to those exact people.
Finally ends on the note that no, just because he's only given out 30k instead of the supposed millions to charity doesn't excuse the millions he has earned from stream sale baiting, mis information and etc.

@@eugenekrabs141I don't recall the exact time stamp but during the challenge where a guy has to go through a tower and reach some money at the bottom in 10 minutes he touches the laser but doesn't get out and the entire ending section with him and the water is completely fake. And in the surviving however long on a raft in the ocean video there's a split second shot where no one is in the raft even though they are trying to make it seem like they are sleeping.

Imagine saying "I'm gonna pull tails 6 times in a row". You can toss a coin and it's a 50% chance of getting tails on a single flip. And it's *ALWAYS* gonna be a 50% chance... but getting 6 times in a row tails *IS NOT* 50% chance, it's in fact 1.6%.
Basically: 1 coin toss, is 50%, saying/looking for 6 tails in a row is 1.6%.
In Jaden's case, in a perfect random world, she had 20% chance of getting the money.
With Ludwig out, it increased to a 25%.
If I were to say "chances of her getting the suitcase with the money twice in a row" *BEFORE* they chose, then it wouldn't be those numbers, but it's 'individual coin tosses' within a set number of tosses, so saying "statistically Jaiden is unlikely to have the suitcase" is factually wrong.

It's worth pointing out that ANY result has the same chance, Lud -> Jaiden, Lud -> Botez, ... Nick -> Botez, etc. there are 20 sequences possible (5*4), so each sequence has a 1/20 i.e. 5% chance. There's nothing special or more unlikely about Jaiden -> Jaiden, it's just one of the 20 equally likely outcomes.

I think the free throw game would have been a lot better if they found real subscribers who genuinely were die-hard fans. They had a bunch of cyber trucks lined up, and could barely convince anyone to attempt it.

100p ngl, normally Mr Beast does everything properly, however I have come to suspect that the free throw challenge was a last minute addition to allow a few YTubers to exit very early, likely due to shit going on in thier own worlds they had going on but did Jimmy a favour by making an appearance for the video.

Ludwig played himself in the final game. Alex and Nick didn't vote as sheep, they voted Ludwig because he gave away that he didn't have the million by calling Alex out (a great read) but then driving people to vote for her (the wrong move). Ludwig's play would have been amazing IF he had the million.
Yeah I think that's big reason why Nick and Alex vote him too.... He had confidence but he's totally disadvantages due to not having a million
Yeah, it's a game about trying to seem like you have the million. I think he could have tried to slip in "I just know that she doesn't have the million". I think he could have just come out and counter-claimed "I know you don't have the million because I have the million" and that would have been enough to make people uncomfortable with voting for him.
I rewatched this video, and im 100% sure he didnt understand his role correctly, in the sense that you need to convinvce people you MAY have the million to NOT be voted out, and not be an easy target, In this video its clear Ludwig doesnt understand why Amixen statement of "im voting for you" is 100% the right move , and a better move than voting the Botez, he thinks Amixen made a mistake there which he didnt

Tbf, under the pressure, it would be confusing to understand that by driving people to vote for someone else other than yourself is effectively an admission that you do not have the million and therefore are safe to vote out (unless you do have the million, in which case it’s the genius lie). I think Jaden struggled with the social aspect of the game and just opted to be quiet (a strategy in and of itself) thereby making her opponents talk themselves into losing lol.

I nah genuinely think Logan was probably getting the small advantage of knowing the games beforehand, giving him the confidence that allowed him to forget about the rules of the box, people online think everything is scripted but he really just wanted to smash his own plate after crushing the challenge, it’s just simple he felt immune and overjoyed

I dont think logan rigged it. Its really a mistake. Almost all of them forgotten about the line during the cooking challenge. If logan dont have the history of smashing plates then its rigged. But if you watched logan in his earlier days thats what he does in his vlogs. Its the muscle memory that kicks in. If its rigged ishowspeed throwing plates is an accomplish. The chef is an accomplish too since he was the one who ask logan to pair with him and not the other way around. All of the opponent of logan in the deal or no deal are accomplished because if he lose there he will not have that legendary exit. Im a mr.beast fan since day 1 and im sure he will not rigged it. Faze rug hinted about the basketball in his vlog. Niko knows guess the safe and eliminated briefcase. You can make the same case for them that they know the games prior if we are being fair.
