Sir today a patient came to me with a fractured upper lateral. A 2mm ferrule is there buccally but no crown structure on the palatal since the fracture went 2mm beyond the palatal bone. So can that tooth be saved with 2 mm ferrule just on the buccal side. Rct for Central and canine has to be done too. So I was thinking a post and core on lateral and a 3 unit bridge would suffice.. any thoughts on this are welcome.

Sir ...agar labial side p cervical area fracture h upper central incisor....I did RCT ...then post n core ....I still think if I place crown....it will not last long ....
