Going deepbound is also goat for getting to and traversing the dephts if you're confident in your enforcer fighting and wouldn't miss the voidwalker skills. You get: -teleport to castle light from anywhere (20min cooldown if used in dephts) -access to town goods and campfire in castle light -0 worries about insanity (regen sanity at castle light and by killing mobs) -pass through barriers even if you entered by dying -diluvian as an available start location Definitely worth it to have all of that considering you spend so much time on the dephts and the enforcer isn't even that difficult.

if it's hard to you to think while fighting, it'll get easier over time. it was hard for me too but once you get more experience everything sorta becomes easier and that allows you mroe room to think about other stuff during the fight

Then I just farm in the depths on my way to trial and then I go to hive for jobs so I can uncap my "Learned what I can from training" message so it never shows up again and I can play the game normally. I do this method a lot mainly because I don't want to go all the way over to a whirlpool or go all the way to songseeker or go around the map for shrines when I can realistically find all the shrines in one place.

spiders i think ur content on pvp guides is very helpful but i was wondering if you couod give me some advice i typically play gale and often struggle when getting a feint used on me sometimes if they feint every encounter ill swing through it to get that free m1 and othe times theyll feint ill roll cancel either left or righ but often get caught. i also sometimes not all the tim struggle once i feint my weapon like sometimes i m1 right away and get punished or sometimes i use a mantra such as gale lunge but always get parried.
you can just grind fortitude with the trainer in isle of vigils, just equipe the training vest and let him hit u, u'll heal to 100% each time cuz u don't get knocked

to generally get better at the game and parrying the most important thing is getting into a lot of fights, so imo the best is either battle royale or chime. battle royale tho if you're not NA east will be tough to get your servers, and chime has skulls so they're not perfect either. overworld has it's own problems tho so I'd say you kinda have to just deal with playing chime or br despite the issues. that's what I did at least

there's the brutus method which is okay but kinda annoying now with the barriers. there also ig the spam grip method which is alright but you gotta get ur homie to do that, and there's no benefit to them like just tagging along in diluvian. the l2 one is just another good method ive seen people start doing now that ppl might not know about, so i think it's worth noting
fr bro, it took me 10 mins to get from 1 to 90 fort just spamming brutus then clicking the npcs once for a health pack to use the boulder, then rinse and repeat
@sun_shard ong all you need is a little bit of exp that you can get from sea events while on your way to fort merit and you can legit hit 90 fortitude in few minutes

listen brutus STILLS work you dont need health to train fort BUT you need campfire for regen about 2-5 percent of health before fortitude

another great way to prog is to do t01 and go straight to ferryman with a thorns weapon

with fort, i just reccomend brutus. its risky but holy moly, alot of fort
