Do every company first take the sign/acceptance from the employee for Full and Final settlement document before crediting the FNF payout or can do directly?

ID and tab are companies property, wo submit kr dena chahiye. Regarding your present issue you should speak to you're HR. Agar company property nahi submit karte ho to FNF possible nahi hoga.

Sir i was working in a company for 1 month and i give resign because i got the other job, and they didn't given me Appointment letter during time of joining . So after leaving that company after doing clearance and all i asked about my 1 month salary so Hr mangaer told me that it will take 45 days to settlement. But now its 3 months i had called to hr manager they are telling me now that they can't give me my salary because i have worked only 1 month and doesn't done my notice period. Is it compulsory to do notice period even after not signed appointment letter ?? How will i get my salary sir ?? Is there any way ?
You should always ask for an appointment letter and an offer letter both before u join any company. In ur case since u do not have an appointment letter so it would be difficult but if u have an offer letter u can approach labour lawyer and file a complaint.

Sir,I have resigned a company and as per company policy i survived 3month notice period. After my resignation company send me a bond and in bond mentioned you have taken traning and you need to pay training charge to company. I have not signed any bond because of bond received 45day after my resignation. After completing my notice period company send me F&F letter and deduct training charges without my signed and HR say that signed F&F letter. Plz suggest what can I do ? Speak to your HR. Try to continue your job and serve the notice period successfully. If not then you may have to give notice pay recovery amount to your company and get the FNF done.

Company getting bankrupt is a companies problem. There is no fault of it's employees. Company is liable to pay every thing that it may have promised to it's employees. Whether it's FNF or Gratuity.

As per rules bond valid nahi hote hai aur aap ko koi jabardasti company me nahi rok sacta as per law. So agar wo apki 2 month ki salary rok rahe hai agar ap 24 mahine se pahele chodte hai tab is case me aap labour law lawyer ko approch kr scte hai.

Hi Subhangi, U should try speaking to ur HR Director and explain the situation. U should have a clause in ur appointment or offer letter of paying the company and leaving. First thing u can do is show it to ur HR dept, pay them the remaining 2 month notice pay and leave and 2nd method is if u r working on any project, try completing it asap do the Knowledge transfer and then ask them to relieve u asap. Hope this helps.

I have not signed any bond because of bond received 45day after my resignation.
After completing my notice period company send me F&F letter and deduct training charges without my signed and HR say that signed F&F letter.
Plz suggest what can I do ? Can I go to labour court or any other option?

Sir, Mene 30/06/2021 ko company se quit Kar liya or August 2021 me dusri company me job start Kar diya tha but mere previous employer ne mera June 2021 (FNF) Month Ka EPF & Salary November 2021 me deposit karaaya, to ab mujhe Apne Employer se Apne EPFO Portal par apni Date of Exit update karwana hai but problem ye hai ki mere Employer mujhse Kisi baat ko lekar naaraz chal rahe hain, or mujhe shak hai ki wo meri Date of Exit galat mention Kar sakte hain, kyuki Mene Bina Resignation letter diye Job quit Kiya tha, to ab aap hi bataiye ki kis terah se Mai apne Employer se apni Date of Exit approve karaau with proof.
Kya mai unhe apna Resignation Letter provide karaau or us par unki Receiving le lu, Kyuki Apne Letter Pad par to wo mujhe Acceptance dene nhi Wale.

Speak to your HR. Try to continue your job and serve the notice period successfully. If not then you may have to give notice pay recovery amount to your company and get the FNF done.

Company getting bankrupt is a companies problem. There is no fault of it's employees. Company is liable to pay every thing that it may have promised to it's employees. Whether it's FNF or Gratuity.

Apne company me jaa kr jo waha HR hai unse baat karo ho sacta hi is HR ne job chod di ho. Agar milne pr bhi company FNF nahi deti aur hold krti hai tab labour court ko approach karo.

As per rules bond valid nahi hote hai aur aap ko koi jabardasti company me nahi rok sacta as per law. So agar wo apki 2 month ki salary rok rahe hai agar ap 24 mahine se pahele chodte hai tab is case me aap labour law lawyer ko approch kr scte hai.

Kindly speak to ur manager keeping HR in loop and understand y ur relieving is stuck. Ask them to relieve u at the earliest.

Hi Subhangi, U should try speaking to ur HR Director and explain the situation. U should have a clause in ur appointment or offer letter of paying the company and leaving. First thing u can do is show it to ur HR dept, pay them the remaining 2 month notice pay and leave and 2nd method is if u r working on any project, try completing it asap do the Knowledge transfer and then ask them to relieve u asap. Hope this helps.
