Maybe I didn't hear you correctly but, you said the $964.86 is a monthly payment with zero doown. However you left the $7000 down payment in the $8585 due at signing.
I wanted to take advantage of the 7500 credit by leasing the Tri max R1T I want to buy the R1T after a few months of leasing. I would have a 70 % down payment, is this a good route financially. Plan to retire next year. Thanks Art from Los Angeles
This is a great content with the rule to calculate the lease value. Do I need to back out from the calculation the Positive Trade In Value & 3500 Loyalty Discount Offer from Rivian in your calculation?
The buyers of Kia ,be it ICE cars or EVs, are cmpletely different from people buying Rivians. The Kia brand is geared towards average Joes; it's been this way for decades although Kia has been trying really, really hard to shed that image off. Kia's quality has improved over the years but still struggles to position itself higher in brand recognition. Comparing a lease deal from Kia to a Rivian is pointless.
Hmmmmm smells fishy. You get a good deal for junk,or you get a bit less good deal for a car, what should you select???? Junk is still just junk,no matter what deal you get,I reckon.
@@JorgeChicago1 if you have level 2 charging at home - you won’t spend any time charging (aside from long journeys). In fact, you’d actually save time by never having to go to a gas station again, never having to get an oil change again, and not having to do nearly as much maintenance as an ice car.

What is the better lease 24 or 36 months? Also, how do you calculate the tax on the lease?

As we all know EV do not hold value so a lease is the smart answer. I finance a Tesla… and it depreciated so hard it’s hilarious to even appraise
If i intend to buy it after getting the 7500 credit, Would putting money down more make more sense?
Hi, you mention something about early lease termination after 3 month? Can you please explain? Thank you!

It doesn’t look like you were taking in consideration the EV rebate for state incentives?
@@ZoPoBuff correct - I didn’t apply any state incentives. Just federal.
@@RaviWadan I’m in Colorado so that $5k could possibly take the number below the 1.25 factor you referenced?
@@ZoPoBuff correct, for Colorado I’d say the payment would drop approximately $150 a month.
The MSRP of 75900 was actually 83400?
MSRP is $75,900. Curious where you're getting the $83,400 from?
This isn’t a good lease deal at all. 36k plus to borrow a car for 3 years.
that car will be worth less if you bought it new and tried to sell it 3 years later

Can you do a video with the duel large in forest green color
Doesn’t seem like that great a deal especially compared to cars like the Kia EV9
EV9 is a great deal. But I specifically made this video for people shopping the Rivian. Hopefully it helps them make a more informed decision.

@@dukesilvergold It matters to Rivian given their current sales and cash burn rate… they need more customers.

This doesn't make any sense. Hard to answer your question.
Looks like you forgot the hours of your life wasted charging this shoe box on the road

There’s no arguing with ev haters. They are uneducated maga republicans that somehow hate EV’s but now apparently love Elon Musk 🤦🏼♂️
Leasing is so expensive just for a long-term "rental". Why would anyone lease.
lol go learn about some maths and calculate
